I am a Senior Vice President at TTR Sotheby’s International Realty and have been a salesperson with Gibson Island Real Estate since 2012. Over my 38 years as a full-time real estate professional, I have closed more than $2.1 billion in sales, earning a reputation as one of the region’s preeminent agents. A lifelong resident of the area, I bring deep local knowledge, unwavering integrity, and a tireless work ethic to every client relationship.

Because I tour hundreds of homes each year, I provide informed, strategic pricing guidance to both buyers and sellers across all price points. Combined with my strong deal-making skills, innovative marketing strategies, and extensive professional resources, I serve as a fully informed and dedicated advocate for my clients’ best interests. My long-standing commitment to exceptional service is reflected in the many clients who have trusted me with multiple transactions over decades.

I have been married for more than 36 years, and my wife and I are proud parents of four children and grandparents to two granddaughters. Giving back to the community is deeply important to me. I volunteer with several charitable organizations, including the Kiwanis Club of Washington, where I served as Past President, and I have served on the boards of the Landon School, the Kiwanis Foundation, the Chevy Chase Fire Department, and the Dulin Goodwill Industries Fund, which supports Goodwill of Greater Washington and Goodwill Industries International. Since 2019, I have also sponsored multiple blood drives at Children’s National Hospital, helping provide life-saving donations to hundreds of critically ill children and saving the hospital more than $100,000 in blood-purchase costs.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy golf and tennis and have spent many years coaching youth baseball and basketball teams. I am a graduate of the Landon School and Duke University, where I earned my degree cum laude.
